  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed 
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar (adjust according to desired sweetness)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh milk or non-fat milk
  • Butter or margarine or oil (whichever you prefer to use to cook the pancake)
  • Chocolate or maple syrup (optional)

How to do it: 

  • Mash banana using a fork or you can use a blender. 
  • In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and sugar) until well-blended.
  • In another bowl, wish eggs, milk, and bananas. Once well-combined, stir into dry ingredients and whisk until all the ingredients are well-mixed.
  • Grease the pan with a butter and pour a scoop of the batter. Turn when the bubbles on top begin to pop.
  • Serve it with the preferred syrup.  

NOTE: You can adjust the amount of flour according to your desired consistency of the batter. You can also substitute bananas with your favorite fruits.

  • Boil chicken breast and shred. 
  • In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, and parsley until well-blended.
